Terms of service

1. Who can buy from us

You must be 18 or over to place an order. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you. By ordering you confirm that the information you have given us is correct and that you are able to pay.

2. Our products

We describe every toy as accurately as we can, and we photograph them ourselves. Even so:

Colours vary between screens. The red on your phone is not exactly the red on your laptop, and neither is exactly the red of the toy.
Packaging changes. Manufacturers redesign boxes without telling anybody. The toy will be the one you ordered, but the box may not match the photo exactly.
Measurements are approximate and given to the nearest centimetre unless we say otherwise.

3. The Try in AR feature

Some of our products can be viewed in augmented reality, which places a 3D model of the toy in your room through your phone camera. We build these models to the toy's real measurements, and their whole purpose is to show you the true size before you buy.

Please treat it as a very good guide rather than a technical drawing. The model shows shape and size; fine surface detail, exact colour and small printed markings may differ from the toy in your hands. The feature needs a reasonably recent phone and works best in a well-lit room, and whether it runs at all depends on your device rather than on us.

4. Safety and age recommendations

This section matters more than any other on this page. Please read it.

Always follow the age recommendation on the product page and on the packaging. It is about safety, not ability.
Many toys contain small parts that are a choking hazard for children under three. Where that is the case we say so on the product page.
Adult supervision is required for toys involving water, batteries, magnets, cords, projectiles or anything a child rides on.
Remove all packaging — bags, ties, staples, clips — before giving a toy to a child, and dispose of it out of reach.
Check batteries. Button cells are extremely dangerous if swallowed. Keep battery compartments closed and screwed shut.
Inspect toys regularly and stop using anything that is cracked, split or has a loose part.

We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by a toy being used by a child outside its recommended age range, used without the supervision it calls for, used other than as intended, or after it has become damaged.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include [[ do prices include sales tax? write "sales tax" or "no sales tax" ]].
Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order.
We accept [[ PAYMENT METHODS, e.g. card, bank transfer, cash on delivery ]].
Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If a price is obviously wrong — a mistake in a digit, a toy listed for a fraction of its value — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if this happens.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received it, not yet an acceptance. The contract between us begins when we dispatch your parcel.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we suspect fraud, or if the price was listed incorrectly. If we do, you get a full refund and an explanation.

7. Stock

We keep our stock numbers as current as we can, but a toy can occasionally sell out between you adding it to your cart and paying. If that happens we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a refund — your choice.

8. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, both of which form part of these terms.

9. What belongs to us

Everything on this website — the VGT Kids name and logo, the product photographs, the written descriptions, the 3D and AR models, the page designs and the underlying code — belongs to [[ LEGAL BUSINESS NAME ]] or is used by us with permission.

You may not copy, download, scrape, republish or use any of it for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. This includes taking our product photographs or 3D models for use on your own store or marketplace listing.

10. Using the site properly

Please do not:

Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the website
Use an automated tool to copy our content or prices
Place orders you do not intend to pay for
Impersonate somebody else
Post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading where the site lets you submit content

We may refuse service to anyone who does.

11. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a video, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to use it on our website, in our emails and on our social media, with your first name and city. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will remove it.

Please only send content that is yours to send, and that does not identify another person's child without their parent's permission.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the toy you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting things right if we get that wrong.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example a missed birthday, lost profit, or the cost of buying a replacement elsewhere. Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

13. Things outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier strikes, extreme weather, floods, internet or power outages, public holidays, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of [[ CITY, e.g. Karachi ]]. We would much rather sort a problem out by talking to you first, and we will always try that.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, so it is worth reading them each time if you order rarely.
