Everything you need to know about how your toys get to you: how long we take to pack, how long the courier takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Where we deliver

How long we take to pack your order

We pack and hand over to the courier within [[ 1 to 2 ]] working days of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on a Friday evening, a weekend or a public holiday are packed on the next working day.

If a toy is out of stock and we did not catch it in time, we will contact you the same day rather than let you wait and wonder.

How long the courier takes

These are the courier's typical times, not a guarantee. They stretch around Eid, during heavy rain or flooding, and in the weeks before major holidays.

What delivery costs

The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

Who delivers your parcel

We use [[ COURIER NAMES, e.g. TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P ]]. Which one carries your parcel depends on where you are.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, we send you a tracking number by [[ email / SMS / WhatsApp ]]. Tracking usually starts showing movement within [[ 24 ]] hours of dispatch — if it looks stuck before then, it is almost always just waiting to be scanned at the first hub.

Please get your address right

Couriers in Pakistan rely heavily on a phone call to find an address. Please make sure you give us:

  • A house or shop number, street, and a recognisable nearby landmark
  • Your area and city
  • A mobile number that is switched on during the day

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will happily send it again, but we will have to charge the delivery a second time.

When you receive your parcel

  • Check the outside before you sign. If the box is crushed, soaked or clearly opened, note it with the rider or refuse the parcel, and message us straight away.
  • Film yourself opening it if you can. It takes a moment and it makes any claim about a damaged or missing item completely straightforward.
  • Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong. Details are in our Return and refund policy.

If your parcel does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for [[ 5 ]] working days, or the courier has marked it delivered and you do not have it, message us with your order number. We will open a case with the courier. These take up to [[ 7 to 14 ]] working days to resolve, and we will keep you updated rather than leave you chasing us. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you get a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Multiple items

We normally send an order as one parcel. Occasionally we split it — for example if one toy is bulky, or one is coming from a different location. If we split your order you will get a tracking number for each part, and you will not be charged extra for it.

Delays we cannot control

Courier backlogs around Eid and Ramadan, strikes, extreme weather, flooding, road closures and public holidays all affect delivery times. We will tell you what we know as soon as we know it, but these are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of the delivery charge.
